And thanks a ton to for making me an awesome icon!
Also. Just asking one more time before I buy one, if any of you who actually read this have a tablet, can you post which one you have and why you like it or not? Please. =]
I have a 4x6 Wacom Graphire3. I love it lots, but the texture of the drawing surface is a tad slick. I wish it was more like paper. I bet I could get batter control that way.

I understand the new Intuos models are better, but I have yet to test drive one.

The tablet does take getting used to, but once you're comfortable with the pressure and motion, you'll never draw on the computer with the mouse again! Then you can save up for a Cintiq, like the rest of us. hehe

Make sure to get USB connector (I think Intuos 3 and up are all USB) I say this in case you are looking to get an older tablet from Ebay.
As for where to buy a NEW Wacom below list price, I am not sure... but Amazon sells them for less than MSRP.
I got a Wacom Bamboo tablet for Christmas. It's 6x8 I think. xD I'm so not good at using it either. xD *must make note to practice*
